Privacy Policy — PATrack

PA Services Group ("we," "us," or "our") operates the PATrackapplication (the "App"), a workforce management platform for field service teams. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When your employer creates an account for you, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and role within the organization.
Location Data
The App collects precise GPS location data while you are checked in to a work shift, in order to verify attendance at assigned work locations and to display your position on maps used by supervisors and administrators. Location data may be collected in the background while a shift is active, in order to provide accurate check-in/check-out and route tracking functionality.
Profile Photo
You may optionally upload a profile photo, which is visible to other users within your organization (supervisors, administrators, and colleagues).
Messages
If you use the in-app messaging feature, we store the content of messages exchanged between you and other users within your organization for the purpose of enabling that communication.
Device and Usage Information
We may collect technical information such as device type, operating system version, and app version, for the purpose of maintaining and improving the App.
Push Notification Tokens
We collect a device token to deliver push notifications related to your shifts, schedule changes, and messages.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above to:
- Provide and operate the core functionality of the App (scheduling, attendance tracking, communication)
- Verify your location during active work shifts
- Send you notifications relevant to your work schedule
- Allow your supervisors and administrators to manage workforce operations
- Maintain the security and integrity of the App
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Information collected through the App is shared only with:
- Your employer (the organization that created your account), including supervisors and administrators within that organization
- Service providers who process data on our behalf (e.g., cloud hosting, push notification delivery), under confidentiality obligations
- Authorities, if required by law
4. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact your organization's administrator or reach us directly at itsupport@paservices.ca.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for use by employed adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18.
7. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above.
